At Deliberti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and designer labels are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your package or via email and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
